When you first start a new game, this will be your first option. Rolling the dice does exactly that, it rolls your two dice. These represent your "hand" like you would be dealt in Texas Hold 'Em poker. You MUST use both of these dice in your set.
After you "Roll Dice" you will notice that the multiplier gets set to 4. The purpose of the multiplier is to reward you for taking risks, hence why it starts at 4. As you progress through your turn the multiplier will decrease by 1 each step. You will "Show Flop" to decrease it to 3, then "Show Turn" to decrease to 2, and finally "Show River" will take it to 1. If you decide to select a scoring category at any point, the current multiplier will be locked in, as will that scoring category. Please note that when you lock in a scoring category, a "Confirm" button will appear. Its explanation is below. Once a category is locked in it means you must choose that scoring category even if you do not achieve it or if it is a subpar score. Again, greater risk equals greater reward!
This button simply does what it says - it confirms that you are finished with the round. If you locked in a small straight and achieved it after the Flop, there is no need to proceed through with the Turn and the River. NOTE - YOU MUST SELECT THE 3 DICE YOU CHOOSE TO USE BEFORE CONFIRMING OR THEY WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS YOUR SCORE.
In the sense of Texas Hold 'Em poker's flop, this will reveal the first 3 dice of the round. You may select any or all of the 3 dice (you can deselect later if you choose) to update the scores on the scorecard and keep them locked in. The multiplier is decreased to 3 at this point.
This will simply reveal the 4th dice of the round, and as mentioned above, will decrease the multiplier to 2.
This reveals the 5th, and final, dice of the round. The multiplier will be at 1 at this point. You now must decide either what scoring category you would like to select, or confirm the category you have previously locked in.
One final note is that you may select up 3 of the 5 dice, but no more because you must use your original 2 from your roll just as you would use your hand in Texas Hold 'Em poker.
